I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York, a Licensed Master Social Worker in Michigan, and a Doctor of Education. I believe therapy can be clinically thoughtful without feeling cold or overly formal.

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly organized story or the right clinical language. We will start with what is happening now, make sense of the patterns together, and identify changes that feel useful and realistic.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and psychodynamically informed. I also draw from practical, evidence-based strategies to help clients build coping skills, communicate more effectively, and feel more grounded.
