Bring the complicated cases
We can think together about assessment, risk, diagnosis, treatment planning, boundaries, documentation, clinical decision-making, and the moments that do not fit neatly into a textbook.
Clinical supervision
Supervision should be useful, honest, and connected to the work you are actually doing. I provide virtual clinical supervision for social workers pursuing licensure in New York and Michigan.

Good supervision offers support without avoiding accountability. Our work will focus on strengthening your clinical reasoning, using consultation effectively, recognizing your own responses, and making thoughtful decisions when the answer is not obvious.
My background includes emergency psychiatry, outpatient behavioral health, clinical leadership, high-risk care, staff development, and supervision. I bring both clinical and systems perspectives to the work.
Questions are welcome
Yes. Supervision is provided virtually for eligible social workers in New York and Michigan.
No supervisor can make that guarantee. Licensing boards determine whether supervision, employment, and experience meet current requirements. You should confirm eligibility directly with the applicable state board before beginning.
Topics may include cases, risk assessment, ethics, boundaries, documentation, diagnostic thinking, professional development, countertransference, and preparation for greater clinical independence.
