Getting out of the loop
Many couples become caught in predictable cycles: one person pursues while the other withdraws, small disagreements escalate, or important topics get avoided entirely. We will identify the pattern so you can respond to each other differently.
Making room for both experiences
The work is not about choosing a winner. Each partner has a perspective, history, and set of needs. Therapy helps you communicate those experiences more clearly while building curiosity about what is happening for the other person.
Practical work between sessions
Insight matters, but relationships also change through practice. We may identify specific communication tools, boundaries, or small experiments to try between appointments.
